BSR SEMANTIC TOOL 

  On ISO/TC154 decision (Resolution ISOTC154/WG1 resolution 20, 21, 22 2002-09-05) the BSR tool (multilingual semantic tool developed during BSR project) is used for standardisation work, (especially for the work of TDED maintenance agency). During 2001-2002 a test has been conducted and was successful : see the TC154/WG1 resolution 16 (GENEVA 2002-03-13, 1)

By now the this test is still accessible at BSR semantic tool trial (2002)

The new directories in use are:

ISO 7372:1993 (UNTDED) elements

UN EDIFACT D02A (elements and codes)

G7 WCO data harmonization group

Please note that queries on those directories require Internet Explorer 5 or 6.

Because some of these directories are copyrighted,  the BSR semantic tool capability for directly displaying the directory entries, has not been made available. People have to go to the directories owners web site.
